Registration and Payment Deadline	Participants must pre-register using the registration form and complete payment before the conference.*For those who need specific documents for visa etc.

Conference Fee

International participants	JPY44400（USD 300 approximately）( Transaction will be done by JPY according to the exchange rate on the day of transaction)

Domestic participants	JPY 5000

Undergraduate University students（Bachelor's degree）	Free of Charge (Student ID must be presented at the reception)

ASAIHL Nominated Participants	Free of charge (up to 3 representatives/institution)

Invited speakers, chairperson	Free of charge

Staff	Free of charge

Optional Tour Participants June 18	JPY7400(USD 50 approximately）( Transaction will be done by JPY according to the exchange rate on the day of transaction) *For the optional tour, we plan to visit Hakone. The time schedule as of now is from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM (JST).

• Each fee-paying university member of ASAIHL is allocated with free registration for up to THREE (3) conference delegates, who are nominated by the Head of the organization or institution.
• Additional fee (USD 50) is required to participate in the optional tour on June 18.
• Payment shall be made through the payment page that is showed in the registration form. You may pay by credit card. Please refer to the Specified Commercial Transactions Acts for further details.

If you need some documents for your visa arrangement, please fill in the following Application Form.
Fee: JPY5,500/person

Upon our receipt of the information through the above Application Form, our travel agency will contact the applicant(s) for details.
*Note:The applicant(s) must clarify the necessary documents for visa by themselves.We are not responsible for the issue of visa.The applicant(s) shall pay the Fee to the travel agency.

Instructions for Proposals

2024 ASAIHL Conference seeks submissions relevant to the following themes:
1) Technology and the future of healthcare
2) Technology innovations for education
3) Data science and informatics

Abstract

• The abstract should be no more than 200 words, with five keywords listed. Please include the title of the paper, and the name, affiliation, and e-mail address of the author(s).

Full Papers

• Full papers should be no more than 5 pages (including graphs, figures, tables, and references). Specifications: A4 size paper, 1-inch margins on all sides, Century font, 12-point font size, and 1.5 line spacing. Use Microsoft Word Office version 2010 or later. Should contain the title, the author(s) name and email address of the first author, the affiliation, the abstract, the keywords, the main text and the references. The abstract and the full paper will be published in the Conference Proceedings on this website..
