• Each fee-paying university member of ASAIHL is allocated with free registration for up to THREE (3) conference delegates, who are nominated by the Head of the organization or institution.
• Additional fee (USD 50) is required to participate in the optional tour on June 18.
• Payment shall be made through the payment page that is showed in the registration form. You may pay by credit card. Please refer to the Specified Commercial Transactions Acts for further details.

Upon our receipt of the information through the above Application Form, our travel agency will contact the applicant(s) for details.

• For those who are submitting abstracts, we recommend you register after the acceptance notifications are sent out on May 10 (Fri) onward.

Abstract
• The abstract should be no more than 200 words, with five keywords listed. Please include the title of the paper, and the name, affiliation, and e-mail address of the author(s).
Full Papers
• Full papers should be no more than 5 pages (including graphs, figures, tables, and references). Specifications: A4 size paper, 1-inch margins on all sides, Century font, 12-point font size, and 1.5 line spacing. Use Microsoft Word Office version 2010 or later. Should contain the title, the author(s) name and email address of the first author, the affiliation, the abstract, the keywords, the main text and the references. The abstract and the full paper will be published in the Conference Proceedings on this website..
